Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it
- Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@trendvolts.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you’d like to refund
- A brief explanation of the issue or reason for return
- Photo evidence if the product arrived damaged or defective
Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide instructions for the next steps. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- The request is made after 30 days of delivery
- The item was used, damaged due to misuse, or not in its original condition
- The item was marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
- Gift cards or downloadable items (if any) are non-refundable
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
