Return Policy

At Trendvolts, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to offer returns under the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required
- Items must be shipped back in a condition suitable for resale
Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products (if applicable)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or wear
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@trendvolts.com with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Any photos (if applicable, especially for damaged or incorrect items)
Our support team will respond with the return instructions, including the return address and any additional steps required.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of the return without tracking
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refund After Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank to post the transaction.
